My name is Noelia Rivera. I am a Visual Communication Design (VCD) graduate student at Rochester Institute of Technology, currently looking for Co-ops or Internships for Summer 2018.
I got my Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design in 2015. I have experience working as a Graphic Designer for different companies including Occidental Vacation Club and the PR & Events Agency Maeno & Co in the Dominican Republic. There, I was able to work with different Advertising and Production teams to develop new concepts to engage new clients, and at the same time, design Digital and Print Media for a varied number of brands such as Barceló Hotels & Resorts, JW Marriott, and Dolce Gusto Nescafé.
I have a deep passion for Graphic Design, and currently, with the VCD program, I am focusing on mixing my multidisciplinary perspective of design towards UX/UI and Visual Design.
Whenever I have the chance, I love to learn new design tools. I also enjoy working with Motion Graphics and explore 3D Modeling and Illustration. I am obsessed (in a healthy and passionate way) about empathy, details, and alignment.
